The parcels are delivered to the courier by 1 pm every day. David s.r.l. send customers important information on how to accept the receipt of the goods via email or phone. From now on the parcels start their journey: they are brought to the Corriere's office and then left for the final destination. In these phases the parcels undergo various removals and displacements, so for these reasons, at the receipt of the goods it is necessary to check the parcels accurately and always sign up, to be entitled to any replacement of the product and at the same time to demonstrate our private insurance has taken all the precautionary conditions for insurance coverage.
Each courier already in the late evening or the next morning sends an email or a customer's mobile phone confirming that it has the goods in charge and the delivery time with the link for tracking (the tracking will only be activated after his order will have reached the warehouse of the forwarder). Clients have the opportunity to respond to sms by 24:00 on the same day to modify any delivery parameters.

In order to make our service more and more efficient, at the time of receipt of the parcel please observe these essential points:

  • Carefully check the packaging conditions at the time of delivery of the carrier, even if the packet is not damaged, always sign with the check-up, naming on the bulletin or handheld the words "Integral Package - Signature with Control Reserve".
  • This operation allows us to be entitled to a possible replacement of the product and at the same time to demonstrate to our private insurance that it has adopted all the precautionary conditions for the insurance coverage.
  • Otherwise, we do not guarantee substitutions due to occult breaks (damage to the contents with non-damaged integrity) and compensation will be governed by vector insurance with DL 286 of 21/11/05.
  • If the package is damaged, place the word "Confirmed - Damaged Package" on the bulletin or handheld - Always make sure it is written.
  • If the parcel was seriously damaged, so that it has also caused damage to the internal contents, discontinue the merchandise - and place on the bulletin or handheld the word "Refunded Goods for Damaged Package".
  • Check the number of packages delivered that corresponds to what is indicated in tracking.
  • Those who will be scrupulously observing these three points will not be protected by the product replacement warranties.
  • Any disputes must be promptly raised to the carrier and notified of the occurrence with related photographs to David s.r.l. at customerservice@paolat.it, otherwise the product is deemed to be delivered correctly. The invoice or tax receipt must be kept as a valid warranty document.

Upon receipt of the goods check the presence and integrity of all items on the order.
Any communications of anomalies or breaks must be communicated via email together with photographs of the damage found within and not more than 8 days after receipt of the goods.
After eight days, any liability for any breaks / anomalies / failures and for any re-issue (even for absences or for incorrect addresses) is declined, the cost will be borne by the recipient.
